What should I pack for a holiday in Cyprus during June?
Take all your usual summer essentials including good sun cream, sunglasses and swimming gear. It can get a little chillier at night so you may want a super light jacket. If you're planning to visit the Troodos mountains make sure you have comfortable shoes, and a hat to keep the sun off your face.

What's great about Cyprus in June?
June is still really warm in Cyprus so you can enjoy the summer time, but it's slightly off season so you won't get as many families during this time. As the temperature isn't at it's highest you can still sight see, but try and keep out of the extreme midday sun.

How hot is it in Cyprus during June?
The temperature reaches around 31℃ during the daytime in June, falling away to 22℃ at night. The UV index will be very high at this time of year, so you'll need to protect your eyes and skin. Avoid sun exposure between 10am and 4pm where possible. If outdoors, find shade, wear sun-protective clothing, wear UV-blocking sunglasses and generously apply broad spectrum SPF 30+ sunscreen every hour or so. Don't be fooled by cloudy skies! Remember that bright surfaces, such as water and sand will increase UV exposure.
