What's the weather like in Dubrovnik in July?

A Rose Tinted World Dubrovnik is incredibly hot and dry in July. When we visited, it was possibly the hottest holiday I have ever been on. Because Dubrovnik is a stone and tile city right on the coast, this seems to distill the heat even further. So it is really important to stay hydrated and wear a covering on your head, especially if you are planning on walking the city walls or doing a lot of sightseeing. Answered by A Rose Tinted World

What should I pack for a holiday in Dubrovnik in July?

A Rose Tinted World Dubrovnik can be a city break destination, so I would pack light summer clothes and a hat that is perfect for sightseeing. Definitely pack comfy shoes, as there are a fair few steps to walk around the city walls. And pack your camera, as the views across the bay over the red rooftops are spectacular, you will need to take photographs! Answered by A Rose Tinted World

What's great about Dubrovnik in July?

A Rose Tinted World The city of Dubrovnik is just a stunning and historic place, whatever time of year. But there are lots of shops open to visit, plenty of lovely places to eat and drink, and great bars in the evening. As well as this, it has now been used as a filming location for Game Of Thrones, so there are plenty of places to visit associated with the show. Even though it is hot in July, the sunny weather is perfect for seeing the golden stone walls and red rooftops of the city against the bright blue southern Adriatic sea. Yes, it may be slightly busier and full of tourists in July, but it is worth it. Answered by A Rose Tinted World
